1. Introduction
Welcome to www.justweb.ai (“Website”). justweb.ai is a service brand operated byIntecbean Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Intecbean”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Website and any services provided through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


2. Definitions

  • “Customer” means any individual or entity purchasing services, vouchers, or packages through the Website.
  • “Merchant” means any business or individual selling vouchers, deals, or packages via the Website.
  • “Platform” refers to the justweb.ai Website and related services operated by Intecbean.

3. Services
The Platform provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website and landing page creation (including template-based solutions)
  • Website setup, configuration, and revisions
  • Digital tools and features offered through the Platform
  • Digital advertising and marketing services (including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other third-party platforms)
  • Voucher, deal, and package sales services similar to a group-buy or promotional platform

All services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.


4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments made through this Website are processed by Intecbean Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) via Stripe
  • Prices may be displayed in different currencies
  • Payment processors may apply processing or currency conversion fees

5. Advertising & Marketing Services
Where advertising or marketing services are provided:

  • We do not guarantee sales, leads, traffic, conversions, or return on investment (ROI)
  • Marketing efforts are designed to support visibility and growth, not guaranteed outcomes
  • We are not affiliated with Meta (Facebook), Google, or other advertising platforms
  • We are not responsible for ad account suspension, policy changes, platform downtime, or third-party decisions
  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable once used

6. Voucher, Deal & Package Sales (Platform Role)

  • The Platform acts solely as an intermediary
  • Merchants are theseller of record

Merchants are fully responsible for:

  • Voucher fulfilment and redemption
  • Product or service quality
  • Compliance with applicable laws

Voucher terms, validity, and usage conditions are set by the Merchant. The Platform does not guarantee redemption or Merchant performance.


7. Service Fees

  • The Platform charges a 10% service fee on each voucher, deal, or package sold
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted separately where applicable

8. Merchant Payouts
Merchant payouts are held for a minimum of 30 days from the date of sale. Payouts are subject to verification, fraud checks, and dispute review. The Platform may delay, withhold, or adjust payouts in cases of:

  • Refunds or chargebacks
  • Fraud or suspected abuse
  • Failure to fulfil vouchers
  • Breach of Platform rules or policies

No interest is payable on held balances.


9. Refunds & Customer Protection
Merchants must comply with justweb.ai refund rules. Merchants are expected to resolve customer issues directly and in good faith. If a complaint is escalated to the Platform and the Merchant:

  • Fails to respond
  • Refuses reasonable resolution
  • Does not deliver services as promised
  • Engages in misrepresentation or misconduct

The Platform reserves the absolute and final right to issue a refund to the Customer in order to protect customers and platform integrity.
Any refund issued:

  • May be deducted from Merchant payouts
  • Does not include refund of the Platform’s 10% service fee
  • May include payment processing or chargeback fees

All refund decisions made by the Platform are final and binding.


10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including designs, layouts, templates, graphics, software, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Intecbean Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

For custom website design services provided to clients:

  • Clients obtain ownership of their final website content and materials upon full payment.
  • However, Intecbean Pte. Ltd. retains the right to reuse design concepts, layout structures, features, and non-confidential elements developed during the project.

This includes the right to:

  • Adapt or modify design components
  • Incorporate such designs into justweb.my / justweb.ai templates
  • Reuse structural or visual elements as part of our platform offerings.

Any such reuse will not include the client’s proprietary content, including logos, brand assets, business information, or confidential materials.

Intecbean Pte. Ltd. may also showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.



11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Interfere with Platform security or operations
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
  • Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.


13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
  • We do not guarantee business success, revenue, or results
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to us in the preceding six (6) months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.


14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, third-party failures, governmental actions, or natural disasters.


15. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is collected, used, and processed in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


17. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
