Merchant Rules

Merchant Rules & Code of Conduct Last updated: 24th December 2025


This Merchant Rules & Code of Conduct (“Merchant Rules”) applies to all merchants selling vouchers, deals, packages, or services through www.justweb.ai , a service brand operated by Intecbean Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) (“justweb.ai”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”).


By registering as a merchant or listing any offer on the Platform, you agree to comply with these Merchant Rules in addition to the Merchant Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy.


1. General Principles
justweb.ai operates on a customer-protection-first principle.


Merchants are expected to:

  • Act honestly, fairly, and professionally
  • Fulfil all commitments made to customers
  • Protect the reputation and trust of the Platform

Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions.


2. Offer & Listing Accuracy
Merchants must:

  • Provide accurate, clear, and truthful descriptions of all offers
  • Clearly state:
  • What is included and excluded
  • Voucher validity period
  • Redemption conditions
  • Blackout dates (if any)
  • Usage limits or restrictions
  • Ensure pricing and promotions are not misleading

Misrepresentation, hidden conditions, or bait-and-switch practices are strictly prohibited.


3. Voucher Fulfilment & Redemption
Merchants must:

  • Honour all valid vouchers sold on justweb.ai
  • Provide services or products exactly as described
  • Accept vouchers within the stated validity period
  • Not impose additional charges unless clearly disclosed upfront

Refusing valid vouchers without justification is a serious violation.


4. Customer Service & Response Time
Merchants are required to:

  • Respond to customer enquiries or complaints within a reasonable timeframe
  • Attempt to resolve issues directly and in good faith
  • Treat customers respectfully and professionally at all times

Ignoring customer complaints or refusing reasonable resolution may trigger Platform intervention.


5. Refund & Dispute Handling
Merchants must:

  • Follow justweb.ai Refund Policy
  • Cooperate fully in dispute investigations
  • Provide requested information or evidence promptly

If a dispute is escalated to justweb.ai and the Merchant:

  • Fails to respond
  • Refuses reasonable resolution
  • Fails to deliver services as promised
  • Engages in misconduct or misrepresentation

justweb.ai reserves the right to issue refunds to customers and recover such amounts from Merchant payouts.


6. Prohibited Conduct
Merchants must NOT:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Sell illegal, prohibited, or unethical products or services
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation
  • Circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
  • Encourage customers to bypass justweb.ai
  • Harass, threaten, or mistreat customers

Any attempt to bypass the Platform may result in immediate suspension.


7. Advertising & Promotions
If merchants participate in advertising or promotions:

  • All claims must be truthful and supportable
  • No guarantee of results may be implied
  • Merchants must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies

justweb.ai is not responsible for merchant advertising claims.


8. Platform Fees & Payouts
Merchants acknowledge that:

  • justweb.ai charges a 10% service fee
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Merchant payouts are held for a minimum of 30 days
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or penalties may be deducted from payouts

No interest is payable on held balances.


9. Monitoring & Enforcement
justweb.ai reserves the right to:

  • Monitor merchant activity
  • Review listings, communications, and fulfilment
  • Investigate complaints or suspected violations

Enforcement actions may include:

  • Warning notices
  • Payout delays or deductions
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the Platform

10. Suspension & Termination
justweb.ai may suspend or terminate a Merchant account immediately if:

  • There are repeated customer complaints
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected
  • Platform rules or agreements are breached
  • Legal, regulatory, or reputational risks arise

Termination does not remove liability for refunds, chargebacks, or outstanding obligations.


11. Updates to Merchant Rules
These Merchant Rules may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
